She's wearing a black and red gown, and as silly as it seems, a headband with cat ears sits upon her head. In her hand rests a black and red scepter, the symbol of her authority. Truly she is the epitome of what it means to rule the Orleanic Empire!

She watches as you kneel before her, she feigns disinterest, but you see beneath the surface is a desperation...for something.

"You may raise your head." she says sweetly, as she gestures for you to do so "What brings you to my court?"
