You're resting in the middle of the SFOTH map, tired after just fighting the Walker (the Ghostwalker manifestation) when suddenly, a green liquid falls down. You go to investigate it, but before you could, an arm comes out.

After a few seconds, its out fully, wielding two Venomshanks. It looks at you with its teapot head.
