A no-mane lion (Quick Mane) roars to call Starmane to fight, then injures Starmane's foreleg, causing the latter to run away. The No-mane runs back to him, and they circle each other menacingly. When Starmane tries to attack, the No-mane lunges at him and strangles him. He grabs Starmane by the neck bites down hard on it, killing him. The No-mane looks around for his cubs
