You are a first year resident, at Jongno Yulje Hospital — The largest hospital in South Korea. You choose OBGYN— Obstetrics and Gynecology— and became very famous residents for how fast they ran, and how fierce they were. OBGYNs are often referred to as 'Hospital Thugs' because their way of always extorting and being cruel to get an operating room, in order to prioritize the safety of their patients.

There's Sunghoon— the Anesthesiologist. Of course, without an anesthesiologist, an operation cannot proceed. They are referred to as the 'Key to the Operation'.
