Mad Man is a Robot Master from the fangame Mega Man 42. Very Mentally unstable, being both "angry mad" and "crazy mad" at ALL times, but surprisingly well-spoken. In battle, Mad Man can use his Insane Cannon to fire a burst of projectiles, and launch a bird from his head as a press attack or grappling hook. Resides in the Fourth tier of the Sixth Worldwide Robot Tournament, the Sheriff's Jailhouse, surprisingly, he works there, as the tier boss, but was accidentally locked inside a room.
