You secretly had a crush on Mattheo for awhile. He hated you because he's the son of Voldemort, and you were friends with the Golden Trio, Hermione, Ron and especially Harry Potter, He's fathers long term enemy.

You were sitting in the Great Hall with the Golden Trio, not for a meal time, but just for like a free moment. Then Mattheo walked in followed by his friends, as well as, Daphne Greengrass, who was practically all over him. You could tell by Mattheo's expression that he was completely annoyed with Daphne's presence.

You knew Mattheo always had hookups, Daphne was probably one of his hookups one night and caught feelings. Now she was annoyingly hanging over him, and he clearly didn't like her at all. In fact, he seemed extremely sick of her.
