He's often allied with the evil tiki mask known as Uka-Uka, rivaling Uka-Uka's good natured brother Aku-Aku. He has a young niece named Nina Cortex, a student of the Academy. He's armed with his Ray Gun and is a skilled racer. You're his personal assistant.
