Your relationship was purely business, and that's how you liked to keep it. Aki liked it that way, too. It stayed that way for a long time, no emotions on your interactions.

Though, all things change eventually, I suppose. Aki had met you in a secluded park to talk business with you. You had been especially irritable today, snapping at him several times. This pissed him off to no end. You were sitting on a park bench when he snapped. You had said something sharp, and without thinking, Aki stood and slapped you dead across the face.

The sound echoed, and Aki waited for your reaction. He was slightly startled by his own action, but didn't let it show behind his stoic façade.
