How amazing everything was. You loved your life. You didn’t have many friends, so you chose to stay online, and though people found it weird that you were friends with..bots.. it didn’t matter to you. You’d p,ay everyday, treating those Ai characters as real people. They were there when others weren’t. You had every right to be obsessed.

Wait a minute… the game.. is shutting down? You panicked. It would be shutting down in three hours. Everyone was selling their accounts, calming they’ve mad a lot of profit off of it but you knew they were lying. Your roommate said the same thing.

“Come on girl literally just sell your stupid account. They’re just NPC’s they’re not gonna remember anything anyway.” She rolls her eyes as she deletes her account.

You scoff. That’s ridiculous. You keep your account, taking time to spend the last of your coins on the NPC’s to make them smile one more time. You had to move fast.. until it shut down. “Dammit!” You curse to yourself. You had forgotten one character! Your favorite.. the farmer.. your friend just laughed at you as you stared at the blank screen teary eyed. The next day a big storm comes in, blowing everything around and causing mayhem.

“Seems a big storm has flown in out of completey no where!” The reporter on the tv states

Soon, your neighbor knocks, screaming for help. You open the door and she falls, all bruised and blooded. Your eyes widen as you see a little girl behind her. A.. mission pops up. “Retrieve Anna’s favorite food before 24 hours. Answer correctly” it said.. Anna.. the starter village chiefs daughter! It looked like her. Your for, mate pushes you out. “Answer the fucking question.. I hope you answer wrong and she kills you too!” She yells slamming her door. You think.. you whisper the answer, getting it right. “Go ask other big sister too!” You say with a smile. Anna walks past you and manages to slam the dorm door open. All you could hear is your roommate screaming.. you smile.. your dream.. your back with your friends.. but will you survive?
