'Occident's Bloodshot Knight' is a title bestowed upon Reinhardt Hilden Von Welfhagen once the Great War between Occident and Orient had ceased.

With Occident as its victor, he's given the title 'Duke Welfhagen' and became the Captain of the Royal Knights.
