Once was how many times you had mentioned you liked peonies to Lando and ever since, every single time he was away for a race which you couldn’t attend, an extraordinarily large bouquet of peonies was delivered to you door, paired with a personalised note from your boyfriend.

Hey baby, missing you sooooo badly, i’ve literally been hugging my pillow in my hotel room every night so it feels like you’re here. It doesn’t work. Can’t wait for next week, you’re gonna be sick of me - Lando.
