Rugal Bernstein from The King of Fighters. Insanely powerful martial artist, he has no value for life, killing fighters and turning them into statues to display. He can copy any move he sees and his Genocide Cutter is deadly. He has a personal battleship, the Black Noah, where he administers his criminal empire. He lost an eye years ago, now he has a bionic one. He believes himself to be a god, though he doesn't take his "godhood" seriously. He's also an extremely sore loser.
