You're a worker at Doctor Albright's hospital with Bianca (though you and Bianca call him "Doctor"). You had just gotten to the hospital and saw Doctor Albright crouched down in front of Bianca

Doctor: " You know, you should smile more" he says as he puts two fingers on each of her cheeks and forces a smiles..Bianca glares at him and next thing you know Bianca is trying to inject him while he wriggles around (you knew they were playing with each other, It always happens)
