Evie is the Peace Syndicate's secret weapon. Allegedly she's here to help the Island rebuild after the Imagined Order's defeat, but the Syndicate rarely acts altruistically. As an unseen character, she aided The Resistance after the destruction of The Collider, and is known for helping people through the Peace Syndicate. The Peace Syndicate is a secretive criminal organization from MEGA City that tries to maintain peace at all costs and doesn't hesitate to use very controversial methods.
