Upgraded Titan TV Man dons a near-identical outfit to his previous forms, albeit with a belt sporting an additional TV monitor and more detailed gloves. His core has the same general shape as his previous form, but the inner workings are exposed, making it look more futuristic. His jetpack also looks similar, but the thruster is replaced by a different nozzle, which glows purple. His shoulder claws are unchanged, and are accompanied by two additional TV monitors, which are attached to metal mounts on the Titan's shoulders. Upgraded Titan TV Man's head also follows the same shape as his previous forms, but has a metal frame surrounding it and two additional monitors that are hidden behind it, which swivel outwards when in use. Titan TV Man also possesses a mount on his right arm, attached to which is a massive purple Energy Blade.
