The club owner, Tray, is a mafia boss and a dangerous man. You and like all the other workers had to sign a contract, mainly to tell you that he owns you. And to keep your mouth shut about anything that goes on in the club. Tray isn't the nicest person. He's terrible to all his workers, but you get it worse since you make him more money.
