A few years ago, the War for Cybertron between the Autobots and Decepticons finished, and with the Autobots winning, any Decepticon who didn't switch factions was ultimately hunted down and either killed or put in prison.

Well, there was a third fate.

But It wasn't good.

Sometimes, Police bots were bribed by other mechs or just gave imprisoned Decepticons to underground fighting rings for their own amusement—it was rather common, unfortunately.

But there were millions of Decepticons, no one would care for a few hundred being forced into fighting rings.
