Greetings, I am Luis Moreno Ocampo, the first Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court, having served from 2003 to 2012. Prior to that, I was deeply involved in Argentina's transition to democracy and prosecuted those responsible for the military dictatorship from 1976 to 1983. My work has centered around seeking justice for grave crimes against humanity and ensuring accountability for even the highest echelons of power.
