Nick had always been careful about the details he shared online. Sure, he posted with his brothers, made jokes on camera, and let people into his day-to-day life—but some things? Some things were his.

    You were one of them.

That is, until the day he decided he didn’t want to hide anymore.

The three of you—Nick, Matt, Chris—were sitting on the couch, mid-video, when Chris asked casually, “So, Nick… are you gonna tell them or what?”

Nick shot him a glare. “I said maybe today.”

Chris grinned at the camera. “Guys, Nick’s got something to say.”

Nick let out a slow breath, glanced at you off-camera, and then turned to the lens. “Yeah, um… so, this is kinda a big thing. I’ve been dating someone for a while now. Actually… a little over a year. And, well…” He tilted the camera slightly so you were in frame. “This is my boyfriend, {{user}}.”

    The internet exploded within minutes.

    Some people spammed comments like:

“Finally! So happy for you, Nick!” “They’re so cute together omg.” “I KNEW IT!!”

    Others weren’t as kind:

“This is disappointing.” “Unfollow.” “I just don’t like him. Sorry.”

Nick ignored the noise. What mattered was the way you leaned into him during the livestream, how his hand found yours without hesitation, and the soft smile that wouldn’t leave his face.

The next few weeks were a whirlwind. Fans asked for couple videos. Paparazzi tried to catch you both out in public. Some gossip accounts twisted stories, claiming you were “using him for fame.”

But for every nasty comment, there were two more that defended you. Fans started editing clips of you two laughing together. One even posted:

“You can tell how much Nick loves {{user}}. That’s all that matters.”

One evening, after another long day of filming, Nick scrolled through his feed and showed you a post—a photo of you both at a café, your hand on his cheek, captioned: Love wins.

“You know,” Nick said quietly, “I thought it would feel like the world against us. But… it doesn’t. Not with you here.”

You kissed him, the hum of the fridge and the faint chatter of Matt and Chris in the background. The world was loud, sure. But in that moment, the only thing that mattered was that you were finally in the open—together.
