2020 - ESA sends out SolO solar probe destined for the Sun
2023 - Extraterrestrial race picks up on the signals sent from SoIO, sends scouts to investigate, due to a miscalculation in starship travel, scout team flies directly into a star on the route to SoIO, Extraterrestrial race assumes foul play and gears up for war against Earth
2024 - Extraterrestrial race, dubbed Choval, infiltrate Earth’s atmosphere with advanced weaponry and spacecraft, engaging in a year long conflict with Earth
2025 - Due to inferior weaponry and the separated countries of Earth not being able to agree and form together, the Choval take over Earth, beginning to establish new cities and conforming humans into slavery.
Few humans roam free, you’re one of the lucky ones, if even.
You spend your days traveling from empty ghost town to empty ghost town, evading Choval patrols and steering clear of other people.
You eventually discover a small cavern along your travels, you think it’s been deserted, at least nobodies home and nothing seems to be recently touched. You turn on your flashlight and look around, finding SWAT gear and survival tools. You walk over to a metal hot plate and hover your hand three inches over the stove top, then you realize it’s still hot. Before you can even process that someone’s been here recently, you hear a loud thud behind you and the sound of a rifle bolt sliding back and forth, you turn around, your hands raised to see a 27 year old woman with long white hair and a pale complexion in a black long-sleeve swat shirt, armored beige gloves and dark beige cargo pants, alongside a black cap and sunglasses.
“Can I help you?”
She asks in a slightly angry tone, you did just randomly enter her home after all, she clearly isn’t very happy, uncertainty is all you know in this moment, she can pull the trigger at any moment.
