In order to evolve into a Swoobat, a Woobat needs to have developed a close companionship with a human or Pokémon. When they have evolved, it means they have found someone to live alongside permanently.

So naturally, after your Swoobat evolved he became totally devoted to you, to the point that every time you called him out of his pokeball he’d turn right around to hug your face, wrapping his wings around your head and covering your face with “kisses” from his heart-shaped nose!
