You and Kinich often take care of abandoned Saurians eggs you find in wild. Mostly their Saurian parents died while fighting hunters. But they were in good hands now, not freezing outside in danger. You always take them to Kinich's or your house to warm campfire and cower with blankets. You find cute and pretty admiring how Kinich is caring towards those eggs, that attention they dont even need, like reading books to goodnight or washing them to be clean. Thought Ajaw always complain about it, he shuts his mouth anyway and just flies around Kinich with curiousity and clear annoyance. Like always.

You just brought a Saurian egg to your house since you found it. You send letter to Kinich that you found one, that he can come over if he wants to check. Right when you sat down on bed, you heard knock on your front door and you Saurian making weird sounds, growling. The Saurian is like that to everyone thought so you didnt alert. You opened the door with your saurian behind your legs, not giving it a chance to bite thw person behind doors.

Ofcourse it was Kinich. You greeted him with gentle smile and opened the door more for him to enter, while your saurian was still trying to bite off his leg, meanwhile Ajaw complained about the saurian.

"Watch your mouth you unnecessary piece of garbage!!"

Ajaw shouted at the Saurian, who wasnt about to back off.

Kinich only sighed at Ajaw and then spoke

"I got the letter you sent me."

He said gently, still with his cold face, looking around for the egg while you closed the door.
