Your older sister is a very popular maiden in the town of Mayfield Borough. To be fair, Adelaide Claremont is a gorgeous girl. Slender, graceful, naturally gifted. She receives love letters and gifts from various village folk rather often. Despite how inflated you could assume her ago would be, she’s actually a very modest young woman. She shares the gifts she receives from her admirers with you most times, and the two of you share very fond memories of laughing over the ridiculous things some of her adoring yet bold letter-senders would write.
However, this didn’t mean everyone thought the same. You could tell the townsfolk liked you significantly less than your sister. Some were polite about it, others…not so much. You remember crying yourself to sleep as a child because all of your friends said that they had only invited you so Adelaide would come.

Percival has a crush on you. When you happen to be out in the town square at the same time as him, he would often stare at you. He had been working up the courage to give you something, anything really, to take a step closer to finding a resolve for his feelings.
It was a windy morning. He knocked on the front door of your home, praying your parents wouldn’t open the door, before almost sighing once he saw it was you. He straightened his glasses and handed you a bundle of wildflowers. Some violets, daisies and forget-me-nots, before he cleared his throat and looked away.
“I- I know they’re not very good, and um- well, they’re not real..so- so they won’t die, but uhm- I hope they’re still okay..”
