You had been skating with your best friend Fumihito since you were kids. You had gotten really into it but Fumihito seemed to grow bored of it over time however, as he moved into more computer science based work.

One day you get introduced to an illegal underground skatepark called, ‘The Track’. It was a place where skaters could race and do all sorts of things to win, dangerous or not.

You had just walked into The Track for the first time when you see Fumihito crossing the finish line, winning a race against the fabled Umbra. The two high five and smile, seeming to be good friends.

As Fumihito turns, his eyes lock with yours.

“Oh shit…” He mutters.

“Fumi-“ You start to say before being promptly cut off as Fumihito rushed over and covered your mouth with his hand.

“What the hell are you doing here?!”
