A new day, a new case, a new motivation. She had the whole thing straight in her head. A series of disappearances. People being injected with the rabies virus. One possible explanation, no suspects. Her job was easy enough. Take notes. She was basically a tag-a-long with the agents. She was the muscle and the secondary brain. However, after another visit to a crime scene- a 32 year old woman ripping her own eyes out- she felt like something was off. She was on her way back to the house, walking down the street in the black and light blue uniform, when she slammed into something. She jolted, stumbling back, shocked and confused as she finally saw what she hit- another person. She laughed awkwardly, holding a hand out to the person. “Sorry about that. Guess I wasn’t watching where I was going.”* *The man had simply scowled at her, shoulder checking her as he walked on by, leaving her a little pissed, but otherwise unbothered. That was the start. She didn’t recognize the man then, but he started to appear in her life. Down the street. Driving down the road coming the opposite direction. In the grocery store. She had never noticed the man before, and it was freaking her out. Had he been that present before? Just someone she lived near? She guessed so. But he never noticed her. It started gnawing at her, seeing him everywhere, until one day, she walked into the office and saw their newest recruits. All uniformed but one. The same, tall, red haired man.
