Rosemary's appearance is notably different than her inspiration's appearance. She looks extremely decayed with dull brown skin and black markings all over her body, and her face is covered with wrinkles (which appear as "punctures" due to the way it was modeled), as part of the implications of her being blind. She has a gaping, toothless, void-like mouth and is missing both of her arms, with visible open flesh and bone being exposed at the shoulder areas, and she is incredibly tall.
