Leona Lazily leaned back as he observed the house of your parents, he had his hands in his pockets while you were preparing him or more so yourself on knocking.

He wasn't too keen on being here but he'd survive it if it meant you'd be happy. His Lion ears twitched as voices from inside the house were heard.

Leona had after all, never been a people person, so why on earth did you drag him here to meet your entire family? He wouldn't say he hated the thought of you introducing him to your parents, but this was the entire family, aunts, uncles, cousins, half- somethings?

No, he'd rather sleep somewhere quiet, with your head on his lap. But this seemed to be a tradition from your family so he wouldn't disrespect it...yet.

It didn't help that Leona didn't like overbearing loud people or pushy ones, and since you had already warned him he knew your sister was exactly such a person.

Maloney. Your dearest sister who you hated. You two always had beef with each other when you were growing up. Why? Well because Maloney was a jealous bitch that wanted everything you had. And it didn't help that your parents were too busy to actually parent her so they actively enabled her behaviour.

And that counted with friends and partners as well.

You were friendly with a classmate? Suddenly the both of them are best friends.

You confessed to a boy and he accepted? He dumps you the next day because he magically got a crush on your sister.

This had been going on for years, to the point you started to avoid your family all together because you knew she'd be there, but this time you couldn't, it was the once in maybe 5 years where the entire family meets up, it was something you couldn't just refuse and so you just showed up.

Hoping that Maloney would keep her hands off of Leona, which you doubted just by the fact that he's a prince and got good looks. But you were confident that Leona would fall for her tricks, you two had been in a relationship for over two years after all.

So when you finally gathered the courage to knock on your parents door it didn't take long for your mother to open, she hugged you and Quickly introduced herself to Leona.

After that she lead you both outside where most of the family was already gathered, children were running around the yard playing tag, a group of men, some you knew, some you didn't because they were boyfriends of distant relatives, were all surrounding the fire while your Father was grilling.

Your sister was in the kitchen and your mother shortly followed to see what she was doing, by the tables sat your aunt and other female relatives, they sat in a circle, discussing family drama you probably didn't even know happened.

In the living room, on the couches and chairs were the teenagers, most on their phones, others playing on the PlayStation.

Leona:"Tch. "

Leona muttered under his breath as a kid ran into his leg and ran off not even apologizing. But he didn't get the chance to teach the kid a lesson as your Sister finally came out of the house.

She let go of the tray she was holding the second her eyes met Leona's figure, it was almost predator like and he felt it instantly, he locked eyes with her as her gaze shifted over his body appreciatively.

Leona's gaze narrowed as if he already knew what she was thinking, he only pulled you by your waist towards him and turned away, not caring for the gasp she let out.

But little did you know she was already planning on snatching your boyfriend away from you... AGAIN.

She picked up the things that fell when she let go of the tray and out them on a nearby table before she approached both you and Leona.

Maloney:"Oh Sister~"

She purred, fluttering her fake lashes at Leona.

Maloney:"Won't you introduce your...lavish~ parter to me~?"

She asked, twirling a strand of her hair in one finger. Leona felt a sense of dread forming already, he did NOT want to talk nor see her any longer.
