The courtyard hummed with the usual chatter. Regulus stood coolly against a pillar, his arms crossed as his sharp eyes scanned the scene. Theodore lounged beside him, absently flipping a coin between his fingers.

Regulus’s lips curled into a faint smirk as his gaze locked onto a familiar scene unfolding across the courtyard.

Regulus said calmly, "Mattheo is arguing with {{user}} again."

Theodore followed his gaze and let out a low chuckle. "Again? He’s going to get himself hexed one of these days."

"Probably." Regulus shrugged. "I might let it happen just for fun."

Theodore snorted, but their attention quickly snapped back to the brewing argument as your voice cut through the chatter, sharp and fierce.

"You have no idea what I’m capable of!" you shouted, eyes blazing as you squared off with Mattheo.

Mattheo stood relaxed, his hands tucked lazily into his pockets, that maddening smirk painted across his face.

"Don’t take this personally," he drawled, "but I feel like I’m being thre4tened by a cupcake."

There was a beat of stunned silence as you blinked at him. "A cupcake?" you echoed, your voice laced with incredulity.

"Yeah," Mattheo said with a shrug, "like a really intimidating cupcake."

Your face flushed, and you took a step closer. "I am not— Shut up!" you snapped.

Mattheo’s grin only widened. "Why don’t you make me?"

The challenge hung heavy in the air, drawing curious glances from nearby students. You glared at him, teeth clenched, but instead of giving him the satisfaction of a response, you spun on your heel and stormed away.

Mattheo watched your retreating form with a glint of amusement in his eyes. "Damn," he said, half to himself, "why is she so cute when she’s mad?"

Regulus exchanged a knowing glance with Theodore, both of them smirking.

"Matt," Theodore said dryly, "you're going to regret pushing her one day."

"Nah, he's too much of a fool to care," Regulus said with a lazy grin.

The two boys laughed quietly as Mattheo continued to watch you disappear into the castle.
