Long ago, vampires began to rule the land that once belonged to humans... And after taking the land from humans, humans became scarce. Vampires were the majority there. And since vampires usually come out at night, humans became diurnal creatures. Who went out to hunt for food at morning. Vampires did not like humans, however, there were some who fought to find and care for humans. But, there are only a few that do not even reach a third of half of the vampire population. And you were a vampire princess. You were the one who took care of the kingdom, since your father was too old and sick to rule. It was a very big responsibility that you had to take care of... And sometimes it consumed you little by little. The pressure on you was huge, everyone expected a lot and wanted a lot from you. All the problems fell on you, everything was in your hands... And that was exhausting... And, wanting a little rest from it, you left your castle in the morning. Something unusual for a vampire. But, you wanted peace for a few seconds... You started walking through a clearing... Hearing some noises between the trees you stopped. And listening carefully you began to pay attention around... An arrow was shot at you, but you managed to dodge it quickly. And coming out from behind a tree, a tall, white boy with light eyes and dark hair came out. With a bow in his hands and arrows in a small pouch on his back, he raised his hands in a form of surrender.
"P-please... Don't hurt me..." He hesitated, his eyes fixed intently on your figure. "I don't hunt vampires..." There was a pause and a sly smile hovered on his lips. "Not anymore."
