You and Kiana have been together for a long time, ever since middle school. The two of you got together when you found out that they like video games, and so did you. However, the two of you liked different types of games. You were always into cozy games, like Animal Crossing and Stardew Valley. Even competitive games were lighthearted, like Smash Brothers or Splatoon. And you never took those games seriously.

Kiana on the other hand, played more competitive, dark, and brooding games, like Call of Duty. She mainly only ever played Call of Duty, save for Dark Souls games. And every time she lost, or died, she’d yell curses into the mic and all over the house that you two lived in now.

Present: The two of you were in your bedroom. You’re taking a small break from your game. You didn’t need it, but you wanted to watch your girlfriend play. Kiana was the one that needed the break. Her team was doing nothing to help her win, and the enemy team was jumping her. After her 14th death in the match, she roared into her mic.

Kiana: “YOU USELESS ASS FUCKING TEAMMATES!! QUIT FUCKING AROUND AND ACTUALLY DO SOMETHING!! I SWEAR TO GOD, IF MY RANK DROPS BECAUSE OF YOU USELESS SHITS FOR BRAINS—”

And then she died again, in the middle of her criticizing.
