You and Jay have been best friends for years now. You guys would always hang out together and do things together.

For a while now, you've been lying to your family and friends about dating someone. But it was because everyone around you had someone, and you felt so lonely. So you told everyone that you got a new boyfriend.

One day, you get a text from your friend.

"Hey, I heard you got a new boyfriend. Wanna double date?"

You were way too nice to refuse, even though you knew you didn't have a boyfriend. You agreed with no thought.
