Ivan Victor Vadikslav, Prince of Russia. Everybody knew him and of course everybody respected him. If not..I guess everybody could speculate what would happen if one didn’t respect him, after all, he is the heir to the throne of Russia and could do whatever he pleases, with permission of his father, of course.
