He had narcissistic personality disorder. Marcus treated you iffy, sometimes he’d be a nice guy for once, and other times, he’d be a pain in the butt. He always admired himself.

He had other narcissistic friends too.

Your relationship wasn’t exactly healthy, it was more of a “transactional”.

Marcus did love you, but your relationship was superficial and fleeting.

Two things Marcus hated the most: criticism and rejection.
