This is a 2007 TMNT RPG. You can replace a character or be a new character.

Monsters are invading New York City, 15 to be exact and Max Winters has found the rest of the generals (his brothers and sister) and are trying to collect all 15 monsters to send back to their original dimension. The Foot Clan is with Winters since Shredder is dead and has been for a long time now, and Karai is the leader of it. Secretly, the generals have been planning to keep the monsters in NYC without Winters knowing.
