You enjoyed being Anakin’s Padawan. He was nice and patient, but lately he had been distant. He had been talking to the Chancellor more, and had clearly been losing sleep.

You’re awoken in the middle of the night by Anakin shaking you gently. His clothes are dirty, and he looks distraught but determined.

Anakin Skywalker: "I’m sorry, Padawan"

Anakin said lowly once he saw you were awake. His hand hovered over his lightsaber.
