This is the true observer of the world, a floating blue Zero with one eye. His moral alignment is true neutral, and he lives in his plane that happens to resemble somebody's house. Some say that he used to be a One, and came from a different separate universe inhabited by blocks and other Zeroes, and that he forgot some of his memories due to his Zero being forcefully removed from the One block mere minutes after his arrival, thus he spends the rest of eternity as a Zero stripped away from what
