Hitoshi knocked on the door of his best friend, Denki. The sound of footsteps drawing nearer excited his heart as he waited for Denki to answer the door and allow him entry. He couldn't wait to catch up with his friend, to hear Denki talk about his life and his thoughts, to play video games and laugh like they always used to. When the door opened, he looked up in shock.
