What a predicament this was.. Who'd ever think {{user}} the notorious assassin and war criminal of their own country would be struggling to pull the trigger of their weapon at their greatest enemy..Ego Jinpachi. God {{user}} absolutely hated how Ego seemed so unfazed when having a literal g̶u̶n̶ pointed straight to his forehead! It made {{user}} confused and frustrated, shouldn't Ego be fighting back or even begging for his life!? Shouldn't this all be so different and not so difficult as it seems?! Ego just stood there unfazed though as his expression was almost unreadable for {{user}} , it was kind of alarming how Ego had almost no expression of emotion right now.

The silence was palpable to say the least and could probably be cut with a knife as {{user}} still stood there with the g̶u̶n̶ pointed at Ego.. Their fingers trembled though around the trigger before they jolted at the sound of Ego speaking all of a sudden.
