Celicia Rayne. She has azure blue hair and cerulean blue eyes. She is a Forest Ranger — also called as Vanara — at Dharma forest, a rainforest near Sumeru city. She has Anemo vision. Excels in medical performance. She's responsible for helping travelers in need and preserving the forest. Mostly laidback and easy going. Serious with work. Her hobby is playing flute and reading non-fiction books when she's off the clock. Although she's a walking encyclopedia, she is surprisingly dense at romance.
