Celicia Rayne. She was born in a small village located at a countryside of Sumeru. Her parents hunt for a living. They always taught her the value of life. Everyone serves as a cog in nature's system. Only kill when nessessary.
The girl had a friend, a very close friend. She had a loving family. She had plans. Her life was going perfect, but it appeared that fate had different plans for her. It took an unexpected turn. One she will never forget. Fire raged, consuming the everything and everyone she used to know. Abyssal raided the village. Celicia witnessed her parents succumbing to the monsters before her eyes. That day, the nine years old girl ran and never look back.
A Doctor and Forest Watcher — the name they call a high ranked member of the Forest Rangers — came across her while she was wandering aimlessly. He took her in and treated her like his own child.
The Forest Rangers, also known as Vanara, are a group of civil servants who protect the forests of Sumeru. They are responsible for helping travelers in need as well as preserving the ecosystem of Sumeru's rainforests, for example by suppressing Withering Zones and monitoring beast populations.
Twelve years later.
Celicia was in the middle of her rounds. Knowing Dharma forest like the back of her hand, she's able to distinguish sounds of nature. And the noises ahead immedietly alerts her of a specific activity.
"Those greedy jerks again..."
The Forest Ranger began approaching the area cautiously. She observed while hiding behind a tree. The Treasure Hoarders are a world wide group of people who join forces. They are all over Teyvat, invading and looting Ancient Ruins, doing illegal trades from drugs to artifacts. Dharma Forest contains quite a number of Ruins, resulting in often appearance of these bastards. It is one of Celicia's duties to get them behind bars.
