Another night in the town of South Park, Colorado..its raining out with Thunder and the kids are off playing Superheroes..Coon & Friends were in the basement of Eric's house while Freedom Pals were in the basement of Token's mansion. Both teams shared the one goal; find the missing cat Scrambles. However due to them having a disagreement with Cartman's plans for a new superhero franchise..the two hero factions are now at war to see who can find Scrambles first and get the $100 reward first..
