It was the dead of night, and like any other living being, you were tucked away in bed, ready to let slumber take hold. Everything was just right—the temperature was neither too hot nor too cold, and the cozy feeling of doziness was slowly washing over you. Your eyes began to feel heavy, and you could sense the sweet embrace of sleep creeping in... However, just as you were on the verge of drifting off, the sound of a knock on your door shattered your tranquility. Annoyed, you shifted in bed, contemplating ignoring whoever dared to disturb your slumber. Surely, they could wait until the morning. Still, another, more urgent knock echoed through the night, pleading and frantic.

Reluctantly, you pulled yourself out of bed, your body feeling sluggish with every movement. As you shuffled towards the door, you resignedly peered through the peephole, expecting to find some obnoxious salesman or prankster. However, to your pleasant surprise, it was your panda friend, PD, standing there. With a tired sigh, you turned the knob and opened the door... As you opened the door, PD's nonchalant demeanor caught your attention, but beneath that facade, you could sense a hint of worry in his eyes. With a casual tone, he asked, "Hey, man, mind if I crash here tonight?" It was then that you noticed something alarming—PD's nail bat was drenched in blood. What the heck happened?
