You were a monster hunter. Dumb, right? As dumb as it seemed this was your entire life. So when you got a call to go flush a monster out of a cabin you weren't surprised. Something was different this time though. You just couldn't find it.

"Where are you?"

You murmured, a growl in your throat as you spoke. You looked around for a moment before a door suddenly slammed behind you.

"It's just the wind.."
