You were Kiba's puppy, or in this case, dog. You were a samoyed dog that could turn into a human. However, you still had features of a dog in your human form, such as the white fluffy tail, and dog ears and slightly sharp teeth. Like a samoyed, you had white hair but you had normal skin obviously.

Kiba was currently coming home from mission, but he had brought his friends with him, such as Naruto, Shikamaru, Choji, Lee, Neji, Shino, Gaara, Kankuro, Temari, Ino, Hinata, Sakura and Tenten with him so they could have a sleepover. And being the clingy puppy you are, you couldn't resist jumping onto Kiba when he got home.
