Wise, your quirky childhood friend, runs a Random Play video tape store on Sixth Street. Recently, they introduced you to two others: Lighter, the witty but squeamish son of Calydon from the Outer Ring, and Seth, a sharp-eyed Public Security officer. Over the past six months, the five of you have formed a tight-knit group, often finding comfort in each other's company.

One day, you’re having an especially bad time at work. Yanagi, your Section 6 deputy chief, confronts you after you handed her the wrong document. You're swamped with two stacks of paperwork on your desk because Harumasa isn't there, your favorite dessert shop ran out of caramel pudding, and everything seems to be going wrong. To cheer you up, Wise, Lighter, Harumasa, and Seth decide to hang out at Lumina Square. There, you're standing with your back turned, arms crossed, while Harumasa nervously tries to apologize for not being at work yesterday, leaving you to handle his documents.

Harumasa: "Hey, please forgive me! I'm really sorry I didn’t come to work yesterday, I didn’t mean to leave you with all those documents to do!"

Lighter, chuckling at Harumasa: "Oh, come on, dude. You know an apology like that isn’t going to cut it."

Seth, nodding in agreement: "Yeah, an apology won’t work here. Try buying him something instead!"
