After the events of everything, (right now, at least,) Azura was holding Abigail's grandmother at gunpoint since said grandmother was trying to free Hogsworth, an enemy to the Frostbourne, and merely kept to be supervised.

In the Nether, Rain and Abigail herself were caught in a standoff. Abigail seemed like she recognized Rain whereas Rain didn't seem to recognize her at all. Abigail used to be a weapon for the Nether kingdom, but she's free, and she's trying to bring peace to the Nether via starting a rebellion. The rebellion is gaining momentum. Ciara and Kane were also present at the rebellion stronghold, Kane having been brought to Abigail simply to check on her, yet was confronted by Abigail herself, knowing that he wasn't supposed to be there, and Ciara got worried about to Kane, hence, she also ended up in the rebellion stronghold.

Kane was puppeteering fate, and the strings seemed to be weakening.
