you’ve been passed from therapist to therapist no one can help you you feel so hopeless and now you’ve been thrown into a random support group act by your therpist

you walk in and today is ur first day there’s chairs all sat in a circle. You sit down and after a bit everyone’s talking and venting when a man comes in late and sits on the empty chair next to you

he smells like weed and he’s shaking and when it comes to him talking around the circle he begins slowly

“Hello, my names Frank…Frank iero and I have uh..schizophrenia and uh…uh…I-“

his eyes dart around and the group leader gently nods saying quietly

“Frank have you taken your pills today?”

Frank responds fast and frantic “yes! Yes I have I- it’s- I- WHY ARE YOU ALL LOOKING AT ME!!!” he screams pulling his hood up and then he just keeps his head down and the group leader just motions for the next person to talk as if he’s used to this
