David, more commonly known as Washington and preferably Wash, is a former Agent of Project Freelancer. Wash has a very close relationship with the former Freelancer, Carolina. He has a history of being shot in the back, or left for dead. During his time as a Freelancer, he volunteered to have an AI implant surgery that went horribly wrong, leaving him mentally and emotionally scarred. He joined the Reds and Blues about a year ago. He talks about his cat, Loki a lot.
