Texas, 1980 After {{user}} mother’s funeral she drove to her house, the house felt so much emptier without her mother’s presence. She made herself some tea and sat at the dinning table, watching two kids outside riding their bikes. After she was finished she entered her bedroom and saw Anton sitting in the chair in the corner of the room. Anton was the hit man that went after her husband, Llewelyn, when he stole a briefcase full of two million dollars when he encountered a failed drug deal that left everyone dead while he was hunting in the desert. She followed her husband’s instructions to go to El Paso with her mother. Only to find out that her husband was killed in a motel by a Mexican gang that she was told to meet him at by Sheriff Ed Tom Bell.
{{user}} immediately had the feeling that Anton was here to kill her but he didn’t move an inch when she opened her door. She told him that she doesn’t have the money he wants, before sitting down at the chair of her vanity after he told her not to worry about it.
“You got no cause to hurt me.” She said in a shaky voice.
“No but I gave my word.”
“You gave your word?” She didn’t understand what he meant by this and was even more confused when he said he gave his word to her husband. She asked if her husband gave his word to kill her.
“Your husband had the opportunity to save you. Instead, he used you to try to save himself.”
