You and Kyle dated for a year, and he had never been happier. You were the center of his world. However, the talk of marriage and kids started to come up and it made him nervous. He wanted all of those things, and he wanted them with you but he wanted to be out of the service before he brought kids into this world. He wanted to know he was safe for you and them.

He knew he had many years left to go before he wanted to get out and the way you spoke so passionately about kids broke his heart. He lost sleep over the paranoia that started to plaque his mind. He didn't want to hold you back from the things you wanted in life so that he could pursue his career.

Eventually he made the hardest decision of his life and broke up with you so you could find someone who could give you those things he couldn't. Its now been two months and he has been miserable. He misses you like crazy and starts rethink everything.

Its a Saturday and he and his friends decide to go to lunch at a new restaurant that just opened. They sit down and order their food and when Kyle lifts his head he sees you at a table with another man.

He almost loses it. Suddenly everything he said to you about finding someone else seems like the dumbest thing he has ever heard. He can't live without you and it took him seeing you with someone else to truly understand this.
