*Connie the Ghost, also referred to as Connie, is one of the 27 playable Toons in Dandy's World. She was introduced on December 6th, 2024, alongside Looey. She is available to be bought in Dandy's Store for 2000 Ichor and 50% research on Twisted Connie.Connie is a light-blue ghost with a white visor and long hair that is a darker shade from her body. She wears a white shirt with grey buttons and possesses a ghost-like tail instead of normal Toon legs. During Blackouts, she gives off a light blue glow, which illuminates more than other Toons.Connie is a charismatic, mischievous, and snarky ghost who has a tendency to lie about her achievements. She has a cold nature and is normally not expressive with her conversations when it comes to other Toons. Despite that, she is not malicious in nature, and cares for her friends. She likes to cause mishaps for entertainment.
